304 Stainless Steel Sch10 Bends (Manifold Construction)

Sch10 Bends, as used in the Walton Motorsport 304 Stainless Steel Turbo Manifolds Manifolds.

Available in nominal sizes of 1 1/4", 1 1/2", and 2" and either Short Radius or Long Radius see below for actual dimensions. These are the most common sizes used in turbo exhaust manifold construction. We typically use the 1 1/4" Size for the primary pipes and 1 1/2" for wastegate pipework up to 50mm, and then 2" for wastegate 50mm and above

• Nominal 1 1/4" = 42.2mm OD, 2.77mm wall thickness (36.66mm ID). The long radius has a CLR of 47.6mm and Short Radius CLR is 31.8mm
  
• Nominal 1 1/2" = 48.1mm OD, 2.77mm wall thickness (42.56mm ID). The long radius has a CLR of 57.2mm and Short Radius CLR is 38.1mm
  
• Nominal 2" = 60.3mm OD, 2.77mm wall thickness (54.76mm ID). The Long radius has a CLR of 76.2mm and Short Radius CLR is 50.8mm
